Oklahoma University quarterback Jason White won the 69th Heisman Trophy as the "outstanding college football player in the United States" on Saturday. He had a fine season, but this is an individual award, not a team award.
I think that Pitt's receiver Larry Fitzgerald should have won. His father said it all. "His numbers speak for themselves". But the odds were stacked against him. His team had 4 loses and he is only a sophomore. Maybe next year.
